Himalayan Yeti LLC, doing business as Yeti Liquor, operates www.yetiliquor.com for Yeti Liquor Jarrell and Yeti Liquor Steiner Ranch. This policy explains our handling of personal information through our website and related services. Future Yeti Liquor apps will follow this policy together with any additional disclosures supplied before their launch. Where our Terms of Service refer to this policy, this policy forms part of those terms.
Personal information
Personal information includes information linked or reasonably linkable to a person, such as contact details, account identifiers, and certain device or network identifiers. Information deidentified so a person or their device cannot reasonably be identified is treated separately. We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified information.
Our current services
Our website currently offers product browsing, store information, recipes, promotions, and a device-local shopping cart. Customer email sign-in is awaiting activation. Online checkout, payment processing, social sign-in, marketing text subscriptions, and native mobile apps are not currently available. We will update this policy before introducing new information collection or integrated partners.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the contact details and message contents you choose to provide. Avoid sending payment card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information by email.
Once account services are enabled, we will process your email address, account identifier, sign-in records, and saved recipe selections to operate your account. Additional contact details or purchase information will be requested only when a service needs them and after we explain the purpose.
Device storage, searches, and location
Your cart stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser's local storage. This does not place an order or reserve stock. Your age confirmation is stored in session storage for the current browser session. Clearing browser storage removes these local records.
Product and recipe searches filter the catalog in your browser. Some search links include search terms in the page address, which could appear in browser history or hosting logs. We do not currently maintain a customer search-history profile for advertising.
The store finder uses a ZIP code you enter to display matching stores. Our website does not request GPS or precise device location. Choosing directions opens an external mapping service governed by its own privacy policy.
Technical information and service providers
Website hosting and infrastructure providers process requests needed to display pages and images. Those requests include an IP address and potentially browser, device, requested-page, timestamp, and error information. Infrastructure providers handle operational logs under their service arrangements. Our current website code does not include advertising pixels or behavioral analytics trackers.
Our website uses Sites hosting and Supabase database and authentication infrastructure. The website contacts Supabase to retrieve published catalog edits and promotional content and to check existing authenticated sessions. Email sign-in processes your email address, verification requests, and account records through Supabase. Resend delivers account verification emails. Website authentication uses browser storage for session management. The iPhone app stores persistent login sessions in the iOS Keychain. The website does not contain a payment-card collection form.
How we use information
We use information to deliver requested services, respond to questions, maintain accounts when available, operate and troubleshoot the website, prevent unauthorized access, and meet applicable legal obligations. We will explain additional uses before enabling features involving materially different collection or processing.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing, or use the current website for targeted advertising. We share information needed by providers supporting hosting, database services, authentication, and customer support. We also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or threats to safety, or with your permission. A business transfer could involve relevant records, subject to applicable law and privacy protections.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Providers supporting an authorized messaging service would receive only information needed to deliver that service. We will introduce a separate opt-in and message disclosures before starting marketing texts. Providing a phone number or browsing the website does not enroll you.
If email marketing becomes available, you will receive a way to unsubscribe. Necessary account or service messages are handled separately from promotional messages.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for the period needed to provide the relevant service, resolve requests, protect accounts, or meet legal recordkeeping obligations. Provider logs and backups follow applicable operational retention schedules. Cart records remain on your device until you remove them or clear browser storage.
The website uses HTTPS. Shared administrative changes require authenticated authorization. No online system provides absolute security. If a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will provide the required notification. This policy does not waive your legal rights.
Your choices and privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, or an available privacy opt-out, email yetiliquor@gmail.com. You also have the option to mail a request to Himalayan Yeti LLC, Yeti Liquor Jarrell, 305 Limestone Terrace, Suite G2, Jarrell, TX 76537. No new account is required. Available legal rights depend on your location and applicable law.
Signed-in customers select Delete account on the Account page, request a new email code, and confirm permanent deletion. This deletes the account and private saved recipes and revokes login sessions. For an assisted deletion request, include the email associated with the account and your request to delete the account. We will verify identity using information reasonably necessary for the request. Certain records require retention for legal or security reasons. Deleting an account does not automatically clear browser storage on your devices.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. To appeal a refusal, contact us using the same email or mailing address and identify the decision you want reviewed. We will explain the outcome and available complaint options. You have the option to contact your relevant regulator, including the Texas Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Age restrictions
Yeti Liquor shopping services are intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and delete the information as appropriate. Website age confirmation does not replace identity or age checks required for a sale.
External services and international visitors
External mapping services, linked websites, and app stores handle information under their own policies. Our business operates in the United States. Infrastructure providers could process information in other countries under their service arrangements. This policy does not remove rights or safeguards required by applicable law.
Policy updates and contact
We will revise this page and its effective date when our practices change. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required. We will add payment, messaging, delivery, and app partner details as those services are integrated.
